Our Team
Patrick is the founder and CEO of Global Project & Spa Advisory. With 25 years of expertise, he played a key role in defining the evianSPA concept, including strategy, business planning, treatment offering creation, brand selection, and is currently overseeing the international development of evianSPA.
A graduate of AUDENCIA, Patrick's expertise is built on 15 years of experience in leading global consulting firms before pursuing his passion for the wellness sector. As a seasoned director at Arthur Andersen / BearingPoint, he managed major transformation projects for public and private entities such as the Ministry of Health, the City of Paris, CNES, Bloomberg, Saint-Gobain, and several hospitals.
Between 2009 and 2012, he served as General Manager of a Swiss luxury spa brand, overseeing its international expansion while maintaining brand quality and uniqueness. He developed projects and partnerships with 5-star hotels and resorts, palaces, and day spas in Istanbul, Antalya, Dubai, Cotonou, and Paris, where he directly managed all stages of a high-end spa's design, construction, and launch in 2011.
Since 2012, he has been defining and optimizing wellness offerings for private and public entities, spas, thermal centers, and brands, leading spa projects across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. For evianSPA, he evaluates and supervises projects while ensuring quality and concept consistency in existing spas.
His expertise lies in service quality, complex project management, and balancing aesthetics, customer experience, and economic performance.

Christine Masson Nicolier
Wellness Expert, Spa Management, Treatments & Cosmetics
With 30 years of experience in the wellness industry, Christine Masson Nicolier began her career in Switzerland’s first beauty institute with its own laboratory, pioneering fresh cell-based cosmetics. After three years of training and earning a Federal Certificate of Competence, she continued her studies to obtain a Federal Master’s Degree in Aesthetics and Cosmetics.
Graduated in aesthetics, aromatherapy, Ayurveda, Reiki, and other techniques, her professional knowledge enabled her to collaborate with Clarins Switzerland for four years in launching and managing their first proprietary institutes.
A visionary and pioneer, she created the first wellness spaces combining naturopathy, massage, and aesthetics within fitness centers in Switzerland, managing four such spaces for five years.
From 2002 to 2012, she brought her expertise and talent to the Geneva-based spa and brand "After the Rain." A few months after its opening, she was appointed General Manager. In 2006, as "After the Rain" expanded globally, her mission broadened to include international partner training, operational procedures, team recruitment, site supervision, and spa launch support.
In spring 2012, she joined GPSA as a consultant specializing in wellness, spa, cosmetics, and thalassotherapy to enhance spa concepts, customer experiences, team efficiency, and organizational structures.
